How do I return an item?

We will accept returns for exchange or refund with no questions asked within 30 days from date of purchase. After that time, you will be required to demonstrate that your purchase is subject to faulty materials or workmanship.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are successfully returned to us. This will include you paying the return freight and insurance if applicable.


You must contact us before you return goods. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number. This number must be displayed on the parcel being returned. We will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.

Please note that the amount of the refund is limited to original price of the goods. Freight, either original or return, is never included in the refund. However, we will pay the freight for replacement goods in cases where we have erroneously sent you the wrong product.
